All itinerary preparations are finalized within 10 business days (2 weeks) window following the consultation call. Our commitment is to deliver your tailored travel plans promptly.

Is there an urgency fee if I need the itinerary in less than 2 weeks?

Yes, for requests requiring the delivery of an itinerary in less than 7 days, an urgency fee will apply. This fee compensates for the additional resources required to ensure your travel needs are met quickly without compromising on quality. Please contact me for specific rates and more details.

Are personalized itineraries refundable?

Due to the digital nature of this product, we are unable to issue refunds! With your purchase, you receive lifetime access to your serivice.

What happens if the recommended accommodations are not available for booking?

It is highly advisable to secure reservations for all listed items on the itinerary at the earliest convenience. To enhance booking flexibility, I consistently provide three accommodation options, allowing for alternative selections if the initial choice is unavailable.

What will I get when I purchase a travel itinerary from you?

1. Your travel planner will also include any relevant tips or recommendations. 2. You can take your PDF travel itinerary with you on your trip to follow the itinerary and keep you and your group on track 3. You purchase the itinerary package and complete the mandatory question (the more detail the better) 4. I will receive your questionnaire and require 10 working days to build your travel itinerary 5. You will receive a multi-page PDFwhich contains your itinerary and custom vacation guide. 6. In the guide will be an hour-by-hour breakdown of your itinerary, details about the activity or location as well as a link to book if applicable (some of these links may be affiliate links which means I get a small commission when you make a purchase at no additional cost to you)
